How to file a claim
Filing for a storm damage claim couldn’t be easier.
You will tell the claims dept. that you want to file a claim for hail and storm damage.
List of things you need to file a claim:
Insurance company claims dept. phone number (look at list below)
Your insurance policy number.
Date of loss. Please contact us by phone or the contact page so we can give you a current date of loss in your area.
Information to take down when you make the call.
The claim number issued to you.
The adjuster’s name and phone number. (usually given to you in a follow-up call within 24 to 48 hours)
The adjuster’s appointment date and time. (usually given to you during the follow-up call)
When you have recieved all of the information, please leave us a message by phone at: (219) 299-0136, or by leaving the information in the ‘Message’ box on this website’s contact page.
In message to us please provide:
Your name, address and best phone number to reach you
Name of insurance company for this claim
Adjuster’s name and phone number
Appointment date and time
On the day of the appointment one of our managers, Wes or Luke, will arrive approximately one hour before the appointment to prepare for that meeting. Please feel free to call or message us if you have further questions.
